​We recently announced a new partnership with SCL Professional who will be supporting our Leisure apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to stand out in today's leisure industry.

This partnership will support the continued delivery of SCL Professional’s Level 2 Leisure Team Member and Level 3 Leisure Duty Manager apprenticeships; designed to strengthen health and fitness operations while developing confident professionals capable of leading frontline teams and managing safe, effective leisure facilities.

The Level 2 Leisure Team Member apprenticeship focuses on developing strong operational capability, customer service excellence and the practical skills needed to support day-to-day leisure and fitness environments. The Level 3 Leisure Duty Manager apprenticeship builds on this foundation, equipping learners with the leadership, operational and compliance expertise required to manage teams, oversee facilities and maintain high standards of safety and performance.
