Part time, permanent 18 hours per week 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a beautiful, historic setting? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Afternoon Tea service at the stunning Rufford Abbey Country Park. In this fast-paced and highly rewarding 18-hour-per-week role, you will be the welcoming face of our tea service, ensuring every guest experiences the perfect blend of tradition, quality, and charm. You will craft exquisite coffees, confidently guide guests through our delightful menus, and handle dietary inquiries with the utmost care, all while keeping a cool head and a warm smile in a bustling, vibrant environment.

• Strong Allergen Awareness: Hold a solid and reliable understanding of food allergens to guarantee the safety and peace of mind of all our dining guests.

• Barista Expertise: Showcase your proven barista skills by crafting high-quality, beautiful coffees to perfectly complement our afternoon tea tiers.

• Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Work efficiently and maintain our high standards of service and personal composure within a demanding, fast-paced environment.
