Parkwood Project Management PPM is a specialist project management Company forming part of the wider Parkwood Group. We deliver high impact asset management, management consultancy, and operational contract management, with a primary focus on the Leisure sector.
From new build construction to extensive modernisation projects and long term PFI,PPP contracts across the UK, we ensure nationwide leisure facilities are built and maintained to the highest standards. We are a tight knit, expert team consisting of two Directors, a talented pool of Project Managers, and two distinct divisions SPV Management and Project Asset Management.
The Role
As our Project Coordinator, you will provide high level administrative and operational coordination directly to the Director, keeping our nationwide project teams connected. This is a fast paced role where you will see the direct impact of your work on communities across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Project Coordination
Budget Support Help produce and track annual maintenance and building lifecycle programs, managing financial tracking tools and live budget data.
Procurement Manage our digital purchasing system and source specialist suppliers, quotations, and tenders for both planned and reactive works.
Project Tracking Oversee our project phase tracker, ensuring Project Managers log data accurately and comply with project milestones.
Contract Compliance & H&S
Contract Management Track critical deadlines, calendars, and change control processes for long term contract compliance.
Health & Safety Maintain the PPM H&S Management System, ensuring all compliance records are flawless and organising employee training.
Communication & Digital Ownership
Stakeholder Relations: Facilitate seamless communication between PPM, clients, consultants, and operational teams.
Reporting: Prepare accurate meeting minutes, written communications, and formal project report submissions.
Website Management: Take ownership of the PPM website, keeping content accurate and suggesting modern updates in line with industry trends.
About You
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administration, coordination, or project support role. Experience within construction, facilities management, or property is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Google Workspace Sheets, Docs is essential for daily tracking.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate across various levels of stakeholders.
