We are currently recruiting qualified swimming instructors that are looking for weekend and casual work. This opportunity is also open to SEQ Level 2 or equivalent qualified swimming instructors that are interested in upskilling to a bubbles and splash instructor.

Primary objectives for the instructor will be:

• To deliver engaging lessons aiming to build confidence and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

• To instruct participants in the core elements of physical literacy following the Swim Wales “Learn to Swim” programme.

• To be confident working with others in a fast paced environment.

The Person

• You must have your SEQ Level 1 & 2 qualification.

• You will ideally possess an NPLQ or NRASTC (this can be completed at a later date) in order to lifeguard your lessons.

• Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Must be able to confidently communicate with customers and adapt to their needs.
