Salary up to £30,000pa

We are searching for a Chef to work within our Food & Beverage Team at Pavilion Gardens.

The Opportunity

• The post holder will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers and clients at all areas of within Pavilion Gardens

• Deliver a catering offer which produces high quality and nutritionally balanced food to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for aspects of the day to day catering including food safety, stock control, ordering and cleaning.

• To assist with the day to day operations of the catering function in order to maximise business opportunities and profitability in line with the business plan.

The Person

• Flexible in working evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Able and willing to work overtime if and when required

• Reliable

• Public transport in the area is limited, you will be required to make your own way into work.

• Will ideally have experience of working in similar roles

• Will be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation and portray strong listening skills.

• Will be able to proactively resolve day-to-day service issues.
