We are an experienced, innovative, family-owned business, providing bespoke services in the communities that we serve. We do not look to drive our corporate identity; we market the facilities and the activities within the local communities that we operate in.
Our portfolio includes leisure centres, golf courses, theatres, outdoor adventure facilities and visitor attractions across 80 sites in England and Wales. We are financially stable with a forward order book through to 2042!
We have nearly 30 Years experience of operating in partnership with Local Authorities and local communities, and pride ourselves on being an open, transparent and honest organisation.
We were delighted to be crowned Operator of the Year at the 2022 UK Active awards, as well as receiving awards for our digital innovation and site specific work. We have over 2,500 colleagues and have proudly supported over 300 apprentices to date. In 2022, more than 60% of our management appointments were from internal promotions.

Parkwood Leisure provide a wide range of services within the leisure industry, enabling us to meet a variety of client needs. Our experience includes successfully managing a diverse range of DBOM, PFI and PPP contracts for local authorities across England and Wales. We also work closely within the communities in which we operate to increase awareness and promotion of the benefits of exercise and healthy living.
Our Services include; Leisure Management, Design and Build, Professional Services, Golf Club Management, Theatre Management, Outdoor Activities, Heritage Site Management and Parkwood Healthcare.
