Contract Compliance Manager 

Downham Health & Leisure Centre 

Full Time 

Job Description 

  • Ensure both facilities are complying fully with all responsibilities as defined in the Contract

  • Ensure any subcontractor and supplier contracts are being delivered as per specification,

  • Monitor and support compliance of the Contract at each Centre on a daily basis and address any anomalies immediately

  • Support in review and improvements to centres Help Desk provision.

  • Proactively monitor each Centre’s Help Desk to ensure compliance with the Contract and address any anomalies immediately

  • Proactively monitor each Centre’s Help Desk to ensure that appropriate actions are implemented to prevent financial deductions

  • Develop, maintain and evolve good relations with existing Clients and stakeholders

  • Protect the Company’s image and credibility at all times

  • Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture

  • Provide direct support to the General Manager and Contract Manager in ensuring contractual responsibilities are adhered to

  • Manage an accurate and effective Help Desk system across both facilities

  • Ensure that systems are adopted, which provide information to the Client as required

  • Consistently develop and improve operational procedures

  • Develop and maintain quality assured procedures for all aspects of the facilities operations inline with 1Life / Parkwood Leisure’s operational systems and policies

  • Effectively implement and monitor the company’s Health and Safety policy and associated procedures

  • Assist in ensuring that the buildings are maintained according to industry standards

  • Manage, develop and coordinate staff resources effectively to meet the requirements of the role

  • Provide reports, management information or compile data as requested

  • Attend meetings, forums or working parties, as and when required

  • Maintain a proactive motivational culture

  • Implement 1Life / Parkwood Holding’s Environmental Management Policy

  • Undertake the roles of Centre Manager or below as and when required

  • To undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the 1Life COO and other Senior Management.
