Salary: up to £43,000 + Bonus scheme

We have an exciting opportunity at the Pavilion Gardens, Buxton as Contract Manager. An iconic facility in the heart of Buxton offering a range of services to the local community and visitors to Buxton.

Reporting to the Assistant Regional Director, the successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the effective management of this contract ensuring the highest service standards possible. The post holder will ensure that the service provided meets the requirements of the client as defined within the service specification as well as consistently driving the commercial performance for the centre.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised management qualification, preferably at Degree level, and a proven history of successfully managing a Visitor Attraction, large Event or hospitality venue, Sports & Leisure facilities, or wet and dry leisure facilities. Prior experience or familiarity with Local Authority contract management is also beneficial.
