Would you like a job working in golf? Then we've got a fantastic opportunity, available immediately! Richmond Park Golf Course is one of the UK’s busiest golf venues with two 18-hole courses, driving range, academy course and the Nineteen Bar & Kitchen.

We are now looking for a part time Cook to join our team. The role would suit someone with previous Food & Beverage experience.

This is a seasonal position, paid up to £10.42 per hour, depending on experience. You must be able to work weekends and early/late shifts.

The Opportunity

  • To assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor by undertaking a range of tasks in relation to the catering operation.

  • Ensure there is a consistent and quality delivery of products and all meals are produced in line with company portion control costing and menu specification.

  • Ensure efficient stock management and associated ordering.

  • To ensure the kitchen area is cleaned and maintained in line with documented and legislative Food Hygiene Regulations and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

  • To observe and ensure the general security of catering stock and equipment.

  • Work as part of a team to deliver agreed goals and targets.

  • To maintain proper records in line with Food Hygiene Regulations.

  • To ensure that the contents of freezers, fridges and stores are monitored in line Food Hygiene Regulations

  • You may be required to carry out physical work, which may involve some lifting, carrying of stock and cleaning.

  • Be environmentally aware

  • Undertake any other duties and be flexible with working patterns, including evening, weekend and bank holiday working as may be required to ensure that the business objectives of the contract are achieved.

  • Importantly a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
