Fitness Instructor 

Bicester Leisure Centre

40 Hours per week

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales and Fitness Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the gym including health and safety, customer care, member inductions, sales calls and general gym duties. This full time role will include a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

The Person

  • A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification is required, Level 3 and group exercise qualifications are desired.

  • To undertake Inductions, Fitness Assessments and Personal Programmes in accordance with the expressions brand.

  • Must be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.

  • Experience of delivering exercise classes using first class customer service to a diverse client base.

  • Supporting in sales and retention processes and enhancing the Member Journey.

  • Comfortable at establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers.
