Salary - £22,821 per annum

We are currently looking for a full time Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Sales, Marketing & Front of House Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer excellence and hospitality, responsible for supporting the Sales, Marketing & FOH Manager in the day to day operation of the front of house, including reception and taking a lead role in all aspects of catering.

You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Your main duties will be to support the day-to-day operations of Front of House team, as well as overseeing the catering element of the department. You will be expected to greet customers/members in person, as well as over the telephone. You will be required to operate our Front of House computer systems which include bookings and process payments for point of sale products. Assist on the process of new Swimming Lesson enrolment and Gym Memberships in line with the company procedures. You will also be required to serve, prepare and cook food/beverages in accordance with the requirements of the Centre.

You will be responsible for ensuring that stock is replenished, completing month end stock take and ensuring Front of House staff are trained fully within this department. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is covered, stored, labelled and dated to meet the food safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 or the terms of subsequent legislation. As well as ensuring that food is handled, stored, prepared and served in such a way and in such a condition as to prevent contamination of food and drink.
