General Assistant – Golf & Food & Beverage

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a General Assistant (Golf / Food & Beverage). This role would suit someone with previous leisure, hospitality or bar experience and a strong understanding of customer service. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a big smile, and plenty of enthusias

Key Duties

To assist in the day to day operations of the bar, catering facilities and golf.
To ensure the highest possible standards of Health and Safety and customer care.

• Checking in golfers at reception

• Booking tee times and operating tills

• Bar and restaurant service

• Preparing hire buggies for customers

• Operating driving range buggies

• Keeping the clubhouse and driving range clean and well-presented

• To ensure all Health and Safety procedures are carried out at all times.

• Ensure that a consistently high level of service is delivered to customers.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has strong customer service skills/experience

• Is a good communicator

• Has a friendly and approachable manner

• Is well organised and reliable

• Has an interest in golf (preferred but not essential)
