Permeanent, Part time hours 

The role of the Gymnastics Coach is a great position to be able to deliver fun, safe and structured gymnastics sessions for our members.

The Job

The primary objective of your role would be:

• To deliver group sessions to a variety of ages and abilities as part of our Gymnastics Programme, following the British Gymnastic Framework.

• To deliver high quality sessions inline with the companies expected standards and schemes of work

• To carry out continued assessments and update the child's progression via the tablet after each lesson.

• To adhere to all health and safety protocols as stipulated in the company's policies and procedures.

• To maximise the retention of gymnastic participants through quality standards, motivation and customer care.

• To ensure strong communication links between yourself, line  manager, reception and duty management.

• You will be passionate about always looking for ways to improve our gymnastic programme and better our service to gymnasts and customers

The Person

To hold or be willing to obtain the below qualifications and gain UKCC Level 2 qualification in Gymnastics

BG Gymnastic Activity Instructor

UKCC Level 1 Gymnastic Coach

UKCC Level 2 Gymnastic Coach

Safeguarding and Protecting Children Qualification
