40 hour Full-time Vacancy

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a not for profit charitable organisation committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve.

We are currently looking for a Full-time Membership Advisor who will report directly to the Sales, Marketing & Front of House Manager.

You will be highly motivated, sales driven, enthusiastic, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Our full-time vacancy will require you to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.

Your main duties will include dealing directly with all membership enquiries over the telephone, face-to-face and online. You will be given monthly targets to achieve individually and as part of the team. You will also be expected to organise and deliver outreach activities and completing membership administration duties via our online systems. You will also be eligible to earn additional commission based on your sales performance; in accordance with the company bonus scheme.

It is desirable for applicants to have demonstrable abilities of working within a customer service/sales environment and have a track record of achieving targets.

Full induction training will be given prior to the commencement of employment although competence in this area is essential.
