We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team and help members achieve their fitness goals.

Primary objectives for the Personal Trainer will be:

• To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the health and fitness facilities.

• To promote excellence in customer service.

• To motivate people to enjoy physical activity and reach their fitness goals.

• To design and implement safe and effective personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and needs.

• To promote healthy living outside of the gym environment with a focus on nutrition, sleep and mental health.

• To drive PT income and profitability whilst adhering to all operational and sales procedures.

The Person

• Must be passionate about fitness, nutrition and overall health.

• Must be able to build rapport and strong relationships.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.

• Must be motivational, enthusiastic and someone who leaves a positive impression through their energetic approach.

• Must be good at understanding the needs of others, empathetic and supportive.

• Must be able to take complex anatomical theory and explain it in the most simple way possible.

• Must be highly organised, detail oriented and punctual.

• Must be flexible, both in terms of their delivery, communication style and approach to exercise.

• Must have a commitment to ongoing professional development, stay up to date with exercise science and fitness industry trends.

• Must be able to physically meet the demands of the role and role model a healthy lifestyle.
