Freelance Personal Trainer | Crook Log Leisure Centre

Are you a passionate and professional Personal Trainer looking for an exciting opportunity? 

Lex Leisure is seeking dedicated freelance Personal Trainers to join our team!

As a Lex Leisure Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for:

• A monthly Licence fee based on the Centre you choose to be based at. Centres available are Crook Log Leisure Centre, Erith Leisure Centre and Sidcup Leisure Centre

• Maintaining the highest standards of service, including punctuality, politeness, and professionalism.

• Wearing an agreed-upon, distinctive Personal Trainer uniform while in the centre.

• Providing and maintaining public liability insurance of at least £5,000,000.

• Adhering to all statutory regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

• Complying with all fire regulations and assisting with emergency procedures.

• Expeditiously resolving client complaints to maintain Lex Leisure's reputation.

• Ensuring personal training services are only provided to Lex Leisure fitness members, or arranging guest fees and proper client registration for non-members.

• Disclosing your freelance status to clients and obtaining informed written consent.

• Following all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines (Data Protection Act 2018).

• Keeping all CPD training fully up to date and accredited.

Important Notes:

• All transactions are strictly cash-free.

• You will not advertise, offer for sale, or sell products other than personal training services.

• You will not offer services to current Personal Training clients or other Freelance Personal Trainers of the Leisure Centre.

In return, Lex Leisure will provide:

• A well-maintained centre and gym equipment.

• Promotion of your services to new members, offering the facility of personal training.
