The roles key objectives are:

  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell membership packages, following guidance from management. Maximise new business conversion and cross up-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Care: Deliver a high standard of customer care, including regular meetings with existing members to ensure service quality.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Assist in promoting the centre, its services, and facilities, including local outreach initiatives.
  • Administration: Handle all membership enquiries and bookings.
  • General Duties: Undertake other assigned tasks as reasonably required

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is friendly, well presented, confident, and enthusiastic with

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication in both written and spoken , with a professional telephone and interpersonal manner.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to use initiative, follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work with flexibility. Must be punctual.
  • Core Knowledge: A good understanding of customer care and awareness of workplace health and safety, equality, and diversity.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn job related knowledge.
