Sales Advisor | Kidlington & Gosford Leisure Centre

Full Time 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide.

The Job

The role of a Sales Advisor is to promote and increase membership sales within the Centre, communicate directly with customers to build a stronger relationship and actively seek out new business opportunities. The sales advisor will also assist in any administrative duties required within the department and include the following:

• Ensure that all the people who enter the Leisure Centre receive a friendly, polite and efficient service.

• Create a favourable first impression of the Leisure Centre.

• Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre.

The Person
Ideally a sales background in a similar role, although training will be provided

• Friendly, well-presented with a positive attitude

• Confident and enthusiastic

• You will ideally be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role

• You must be friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care

• You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
