Lex Leisure is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, shaping customer experiences and driving success.

The Opportunity

The successful candidates main role will be to manage all aspects of the Sales sector, to ensure all Health & Safety procedures and responsibilities are carried out at all times. You will need to be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, possess good communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have a can do attitude. You will be highly organised, hungry for sales and results driven whilst being an effective team leader and team player. You will need to possess the ability to drive individuals to maximise their sales potential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met.

You will be a key team member in the successful operation of the leisure facility, with responsibilities for initiating and implementing promotional activity to drive sales. You will take responsibility for relentlessly driving sales, revenue and profit across an interesting and diverse contract.

To promote excellence in customer services and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communication and selling skills and to take responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation of the gym facilities.
