£27,000 - £33,000

Location:

Remote working but with a requirement to travel to our sites and attend team meetings.

About the role:

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking to take your next step? As a key member of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, working closely with our Digital Product Owner and CRM Manager. From website management and SEO optimization to CRM campaign execution, your expertise will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence.

What you’ll do:

Website

  • Keep our portfolio of websites up-to-date with scheduled improvements.
  • Handle site requests for website support, updating content and providing training as required.
  • Roll out new pages, features and functionality across our range of leisure centres pages.
  • Audit and manage web pages to ensure best practice is being adhered to.
  • Monitor website performance via GA4, SEMrush.
  • Identify and implement appropriate content opportunities to improve local SEO
  • Produce regular reports on website performance, highlighting high and low performing pages and suggesting opportunities for improvement.

CRM

  • Support with the creation of CRM campaigns, from audience selection through to asset build, QA and scheduling.
  • Support with the implementation of our automated life cycle campaigns.
  • Improve targeting through the segmentation of our database.
  • Report on the impact of CRM activity, providing actionable insights and identifying best practice that can be shared with the wider business.
  • Review and approve site communications, identifying training needs as necessary.
  • Work with stakeholders to build and schedule customer surveys.

App

  • Assist with the maintenance of our app, keeping content up-to-date.

Experience

You'll have 2-4 years experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on:

  • Updating website content within a CMS platform. Experience with Magnolia CMS is preferable.
  • Implementing and maintaining best practice SEO.
  • Using a CRM platform to send muti-channel campaigns across email, push and SMS.
  • Managing internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to keep multiple projects on time and deliverable to a high quality
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience writing and editing copy
  • Experience in a similar role or a related qualification
  • An ability to innovate and think laterally
  • High energy levels, a natural motivator

  • Clear and concise in communication
  • An ability to present effectively to new and known audiences.
