Congratulations to lifeguard, Harry, for picking up the employee of the month award at Woughton Leisure Centre.
Harry continues to show a willingness and desire to support not only his own role, but to help every aspect of the centre. His consistency remains high in his day to day work and the centre has consequently commenced Harry's ongoing development around a Trainee Duty Manager role.
