This recognition is not just for me, but for the incredible individuals I have had the privilege of mentoring. Their passion, dedication, and trust are what make my role so rewarding. Mentorship, to me, is a two-way street. I've learned just as much from the people I've guided as they have from me. It's about fostering an environment where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and potential is fully realised".
